A: Because we order our items from a number of different manufacturers, sizing between items can vary. Each product has measurements in the description to ensure that you get the perfect fit!

Q: The size I ordered doesn't fit. Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Yes, as long as we have the size of the item that you would like in stock. Send us an email at hello@miascove and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that all shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: The item that I received is damaged or defective. What should I do?
A: We check every item prior to shipping to make sure that it's the highest quality. In the event that something slips past us, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ship out a replacement item as soon as possible. In your package, we will send a return label and envelope to return the defective item to us. You will not be charged for any shipping. In the event that the item is no longer available from the manufacturer, you will be issued an in-store credit.
Q: What is a pre-order?
A: Periodically we will offer items for pre-order. These are new and upcoming items that we currently do not have in stock and can’t be shipped out right away. We will allow our customers to place orders for these items during a sale period of 24 - 48 hours. Pre-order items typically ship out within 4-6 weeks from the end of the sale. .
